To request that we review your home to see if you are eligible to receive services, please fill in the form below with as much detail as possible.
IMPORTANT NOTE – if your home is within the wireless coverage area and eligible for this service, we will review the physical terrain between your home and the nearby towers and determine what height the antenna at your home will need to be installed at. If there is a requirement to elevate your antenna to a height of more than 9 meters above ground level, it will be the homeowner’s responsibility to provide a suitable structure that the antenna can be mounted to. We can provide advice and guidance, but the cost of any such structure is solely the landowner’s responsibility.
