Responsibilities:
- Perform electromechanical assembly and wiring of industrial control panels.
- Perform layout, drilling, punching, tapping, and mounting of components.
- Work with plans, including layouts, schematics, and bills of material.
- Work with procurement to purchase the proper parts or equivalencies.
- Test, label all components and have an extremely clean installation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree or certificate in electrical or electronics or professional experience.
- Understanding of electrical systems and AC/DC electrical circuits.
- Understanding of testing equipment and a very keen attention to detail.
- Time management and an ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to read electronic schematics and drawings.
- Regularly required to stand, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
